[Liquidity Council Payment] JohnBrown

Overview

I have been working with the Liquidity Council for several months to find innovative ways of bringing in liquidity for the BSN and dETH pools. I helped lead the effort to deploy the Liquidity Councils LSD Network (BLOCK) which has already seen our first validator fully stake 32 ETH. MEV/fees earnings from this network will directly support BSN and dETH liquidity.

Contributions

• coordinated an OTC BSN sale via Hedgey to raise small amount of ETH
• worked to deploy Council-owned LSD Network BLOCK.
• (re)deployed validator and LSD Network bribe contracts to mainnet with Liquidity Council as the owner and fee recipient.
• led effort to deposit a 5m BSN bribe to the Liquid Staking Bribe marketplace for the BLOCK network (1m BSN per validator for first 5).
• proposed that Redacted.finance add BSN to the Hidden Hands - Bunni market: https://forum.redacted.finance/discussion/14543-rff-whitelist-bsn-for-bunni-hidden-hands-market

• reactivated the BSN/WETH gauge on Bunni after it was killed but came back into range.
• worked to increase the emissions cap on the BSN/WETH Bunni gauge from 10% to 15%
• signed ~18 multisig transactions
• created ~11 multisig transactions
• executed ~4 multisig transactions
• constantly reached out to other Councilmembers (in direct messages and the Liquidity Council channel) to remind them about transactions which needed signing
• helping ykplayer with Balancer whitelisting for BSN and dETH pools
• suggested BLOCK as LSD Network name (huge thank you to Tokenswolf for donating it to the Council)
• extended functionality on the Bribe Marketplaces to work for LSD Networks (previously only worked for Validator bribes)
• posted official updates to the DAO channel, and notices to the DAO forum, to keep the community up-to-date on our plans and actions
• brainstorming ways to bring more liquidity such as vote-locked SLOT or BSN
• helped the Liquidity Council overcome an issue with our first BLOCK validator (they couldn't mint derivatives without burning the BLOCK ticker NFT)

Request for payment

I'm asking for a total compensation of 850,000 BSN for my contributions on the Liquidity Council.

Moving forward
