Should we use 100k FLASH + 50k XIO for LM rewards for 30 days Apr 26-May 25?

Rules:

1. Only LPs will earn credits. Stakers will not earn credits.
2. 1 credit earned per each 1 FLASH owned within FLASH/ETH LP per day on both UniV2 and Flash Protocol.
3. Credits will be tallied daily and the rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the final day’s total credits calculations.
