BIP to Create new token to farm with $BLOODY LP's

This is a Bloody Improvment Proposal to Create a new token that can be farmed with $BLOODY LP's on Bloodyfi.org

The new token will be a low supply cap, deflationary, burn token (similar to $nice and $nice tokenomics).

Burn 1% up to supply 100 Rebase Burn to 12.5% at supply 100 until supply is down to 1. Then return 1% burn until supply is back to 100.

New token name options: Clot, Vessel, Heart, Vase, Flask. etc. to be chosen by "TIm" or voted on if this prop passes.
