This proposal aims to change the rewards program to reward the Top-3 Onchain Avatar Communities by volume, instead of the Top-25 volume users per BIP-4.

By directing rewards to the onchain avatar communities, they are incentivized to incorporate Based MediaX into their native marketing and distribution methods, including the possibility of incentivizing users directly using their tokens.

By acquiring BMX, avatar communities are aligned with our success and would be free to sell the BMX earned, retain and stake it for revenue share, and create another revenue stream for their own community treasuries.

If passed, this change would go into effect for Epoch 3 of 16 for the GET LOUD campaign.

This would not apply for veAERO volume in regards to distributing Aerodrome BMX, given the volume of veAERO is too large in comparison and veAERO doesn't apply to onchain avatars.
