Initial veCRV voting for BobrCRV gauge on Ethereum during IGO

An Initial gauge offering (IGO) of the BobrCRV token is planned from 02/08/2024 on Curve (Ethereum). It is important to create attractive incentives and rewards for IGO participants.

My proposal are

1. Create a public campaign on Votemarket for veCRV and vlCVX holders with an offer to vote for gauge BobrCRV 0x25707e5fe03deedc9bc7cdd118f9d952c496febe on the following conditions

BobrCurve DAO offers rewards to veCRV and vlCVX holders in the amount of 10 BobrCRV per week (20 BobrCRV per round 02/08/24-02/21/24), based on 0.0000043 BobrCRV per veCRV vote

2. Negotiate with sdCRV holders and propose an OTC agreement on the following: sdCRV holders provide vote support for gauge BobrCRV 0x25707e5fe03deedc9bc7cdd118f9d952c496febe in the amount of at least 950,000 veCRV votes in the round 02/08/24-02/21/24 (two weeks).

BobrCurve DAO provide a one time reward for sdCRV holders in the amount of 950000 * 0.0000045 BobrCRV * 2 weeks = 8.55 Bobr CRV
