Burn All BobrCRV from the Multisig by Adding to the Pool and Burn LP Tokens by Sending to 0x0 or 0x0..dead

Objective: To burn all BobrCRV tokens held in the multisig wallet, along with their associated LP tokens, in order to reduce the total circulating supply, increase scarcity, and potentially enhance the value of the remaining tokens.
