DAO Vote 11: LCRO Stake Decision

Proposal: Should the DOA Unstake the LCRO back into CRO?

Currently the DAO has 67,072 LCRO which is worth roughly 73,393 CRO based off the decision made in DAO vote 9. The community has expressed interest in utilizing the CRO for something else but for that to happen we need to unstake which takes 30 days to complete.

This is a very simple vote to either:

A: Leave the LCRO as LCRO B: Unstake the LCRO back into CRO

If this is voted to stay as LCRO it cannot be voted on again for another 60 days and the vote will be open for 7 days. Discussions can be had in discord.
