DAO Create PUUH LP on VVS

Community would like to be WL on VVS so they are proposing to put DAO funds towards building LP there.

The team has confirmed with VVS that $40k in liquidity is enough for a WL because we are an OG project and already well known on the chain with burned LP on EB

For one of the options the team has agreed to supply ~10B PUUSH to build up the DAO PUUSH total to about 20B PUUSH so that all 70K CRO can be paired.

The liquidity would not be burned in this instance and able to be removed at a later date.

This assumes that the previous vote passes to accept the 10k CRO trade for 10B Puush which is currently in a large lead.
