DAO Vote 9: EB Game Investment

Summary: If we had more capital invested into EB assets that are utilized in the game we could generate more consistent & higher rewards for listing Boomers on their marketplace. If passed the Boomer team will work with the game faction leaders on this to select the right assets to add.

Options:

1. DAO buys 20K CRO in buying assets to use for the game
2. DAO buys 10K CRO in buying assets to use for the game + the dev team purchases 10k CRO in assets (Total 20k CRO). Dev team owns their portion of the assets until vote 9 is expired in 6 months. Dev team would then exit our position on the EB assets liquidating back to CRO.
3. Do nothing

This can be voted on again (buy more if some left in DAO, liquidate if rewards are not good enough etc) at any time.
