DAO Vote 8: What should be done with the DAO council: Council of Elders

A few months ago we had voted in a council of 5 community members to be the team of people responsible for taking in all voting requests and bringing them to the team to generate a vote. The idea here was that the council had no increase of power they were there to help facilitate the process so that no community initiatives wouldn't be addressed by being the go to people to organize votes.

Right now the council is not very active and this is due to the team being able to manage the intake of voting requests at its current form. No matter the outcome here this can be voted on again in the future so even if it is dissolved now it can be re-formed later when the need is there. This is not a reflection on the individuals within the council this is simple us offering a correction to a pre-mature initiative that might be better to revisit at a later date.
