DAO Vote 5 - Should the Boomer Squad DAO invest in Boom Room?

The vote is to spend a allocation of resources to mint and build a certain number of Boom Rooms with the DAO fund and components and have them staked for the DAO. All $SCRATCH that is earned by the DAO will be left to be voted on at a later date of what to do with it. $SCRATCH that is airdropped to the DAO will be used to upgrade components for the DAO rooms.

There is a few rules that are needed and will be included by DEFAULT if this vote were to pass. This is ranked voting so vote on all options that you see viable in the order you want the vote to go. If you do not want a certain option to pass then do not rank it at all.

1. A single Boomer will be purchased with DAO funds and placed in the DAO wallet to avoid taxes
2. The community will not control the day to day actions of the Rooms this will be managed by the team. If any macro decisions need to be made a vote will take place. (EX. Sell Rooms on secondary)
3. Boomer Squad is willing to give the DAO 100 WL MAX for the Room mint, and the budget will be set accordingly to ensure that the rooms can be fully filled up as well.
