[BIP-31] Proposal for Closing WISTA Polygon-BNB Chain Bridge

The proposal is to close the $WISTA bridge on BoringDAO. At the request of Wistaverse officials and in anticipation of their new strategic focus, we propose to close our BNB-Polygon bridging service for $WISTA.

Our proposal includes the transfer of $WISTA bridge contract management to Wistaverse team. This decision has been made in collaboration with Wistaverse, ensuring a smooth transition as they take the full responsibility of future bridge services of $WISTA token.

For any inquiries or assistance with future $WISTA token related bridging services (e.g. for swapping old $WISTA on BNB chain or the new $WISTA from BNB chain to Polygon), users can contact directly with the Wistaverse team, who will be overseeing these operations solely.
