BIP-20: RarePass 3x 1/1 Artworks Format (Approval)

Summary

Please note that this Snapshot has the regular 72 hour voting window.

• Vote on 12 themes Botto has proposed for the 3x 1/1 artworks in a Snapshot environment
• For the winning theme, generate a new Voting Pool that will share the parameters of the Fragmentation pool but run independently of the Period’s voting pool or any others.
• The final 3 artworks with the most VP will be curated as the 3x 1/1 Artworks.
• Activation booth for the RarePass at NFTParis with SuperRare that uses the DAO curated theme
