BIP-10: Centrefold x Verse Works Collaboration

Summary

The Centrefold Project has invited Botto as one of seven artists to be featured in its serial scrapbook. The 11th scrapbook in 18 years, this will be the first digital version and will be minted as an NFT and featured on the curated platform Verse.Works.

This proposal is to approve Botto’s participation through six submitted fragments, selected from a pool of the top 1000 discards by raw score, that the Centrefold team will have freedom to contextualize for the art book.

Specifications

• Special voting round will run 1st of Aug 11:00CEST (5am ET) to 7th of August 11:00CEST (5am ET). It would not interfere with the regular weekly voting round. Voting pool will be the top 1000 discards (fragments culled from the main voting pool) by raw score
• Users may use their existing voting points to vote in this pool
• The top 6 by VP score will be given to Centrefold to contextualize
• Copyright of the original fragments are retained, but Centrefold has requested we do not re-mint the fragments elsewhere so that their existence becomes fully enmeshed in the Scrapbook. If they do not use all 6 fragments, they are OK with us minting those remaining ones elsewhere.
• The eBook NFTs will be sold on Verse.Works

Revenue Share: 45% goes to centrefold, 10% to Verse Gallery, 45% split among 7 artists + 1 NFT to each participant (only one for the DAO)
