Abstract

BreederDAO aims to be the asset factory for the metaverse. It is important that the direction and important decisions involve its shareholders, its community, and thus the DAO. This proposal's goal is to create and set the tone for how we want to structure our DAO and how proposals will be put forth and voted upon. It aims to create the rules and boundaries that will help guide the forthcoming proposals through transparency and delegation. It is important to emphasize that the ultimate authority of the protocol and its functions are its token holders.

Rationale

We want to be able to create a system on how proposals are submitted and decided on to have an impartial, unbiased and organized way. The DAOstitution will be the cornerstone on how the DAO will evolve moving forward. Each proposal will be enumerated and called "BreederDAO Improvement Proposals" or BDIP in short. This keeps the DAO organized and positioned to make good decisions in an efficient and democratic manner. The DAOstitution aims to avoid compromise of values and biases along the way of creating and implementing these proposals. This will be the initial proposal and will be subject to a discourse. Further proposals can be put forth to update some parts of it later on.
