BRTBR-1: Berlin SubDAO Community Signer Nominees

The Core Team has nominated two community signer roles for the Berlin SubDAO multisig: @MillR#3121 @Dennis Peqas#3615

Information about the vote:

• There are two available signer roles available (e.g. both of the nominees can be selected, it’s not one of the other)
• When voting, you can choose to vote “YES” by selecting both or either or their names
• To vote "NO", leave the option blank
• A 51% approval is required for each signer to be considered ratified
• 1% CryptoBerliner quorum is required for the vote to be ratified
• You must vote from a connected wallet holding your CryptoBerliner
• Voting power is proportional to the number of CryptoBerliners in the wallet
• Only CryptoBerliners are eligible to vote
