- GSP NFT Investment Review -

Gold Silver Pirates (GSP) Investment Thesis back in May 2022:

1. The GSP's NFT floor/value will be secured throughout any crypto bear market as it can always be redeemed for it's backed gold value.

[The above statement held true back in May 2022 and still holds true today]

2. The Gold Silver Pirate NFT will give us access to whitelist opportunities that we can flip for profit. This way we can use our GSP as a tool to grow our wealth.

[Out of the planned 10,000 GSP only 1125 GSP were ever created. So far no plans for new whitelists or additional projects have been communicated]

Investment outcome since GSP NFT purchase:

Date GSP NFT was acquired: May 5th 2022 Price at the time: 0.149 eth / $409

Date today: January 14th 2023 Price if sold today: 0.35 eth / $540

We are now considering how to proceed with our GSP NFT, looking at a 6 month time frame.

Please read, consider and vote for one of the options below:

Option1: Keep holding the GSP NFT and wait. In case the project founders release new NFT Collections down the line we will be able to benefit from early whitelist access using our GSP NFT. Additionally, if the crypto market does seriously dump in the next 1-6months, our GSP will always retain it's value (ca. $540). At which point we can always sell our GSP to load up on really cheap eth, as an example.

Option2: Sell the GSP NFT for ETH and add to our treasury. If we sold it for ETH now we'd realise a 2.4x in eth terms. We bought it for 0.149eth and it now sells for around 0.35eth. Eth might dump though in the coming months, in which case we'd make a loss in USD terms.

Option3: Sell the GSP NFT for 540USDC & keep funds in a stable coin. Reinvest when the DAO finds a suitable investment opportunity. Please note that new investment proposals are currently open in discord, to be submitted by January 31st.
