Bulls And Apes Project (BAP) Investment Thesis back in May 2022:

1. The BAP NFT's will provide us with daily passive income via the $Meth token that we can sell anytime we want.

2. Project Founders are Doxxed on LinkedIn and from livestreams. CEO is an Operations and Technology Leader with 20 years experience. Other co-founders have worked in mobile games and marketing. Their last project had a successful exit and is now part of a $1.5B enterprise. The project is therefore likely to succeed in the mid/long term.

[Since mint in May founders have continued to build through the bear and deliver quality non-stop]

3. The BAP NFT's floor value after mint will be secured due to a 6 month eth money back guarantee.

[6 months have already passed, therefore money back guarantee is not available anymore but the NFT floor is at multiple X's anyway]

Investment outcome since BAP NFT purchase:

Date BAP NFTs were acquired: May 31st 2022 Price at the time: 3x 0.17 eth / $990 Total

Date today: January 15th 2023 1 NFT + Meth already sold in Dec 2022 for: 1.76 eth / $2640 (current eth value) Price if additional BAP were sold today: 0.85 eth / $1275 (per BAP)

We are now considering how to proceed with our remaining 2 BAP NFT, looking at a 6 month time frame.

Option1: Keep holding both BAP NFTs and wait for potential further price appreciation in the coming months. Both NFT's provide us with a total passive income of ca. 0.06eth per month, which is not bad for simply holding.

Option2: Out of the 2 BAP NFT's, sell 1 BAP NFT for 1275 USDC & keep funds in a stable coin. Reinvest when the DAO finds a new and suitable investment opportunity. Please note that new investments proposals are currently open in discord, to be submitted by January 31st. Hold the other BAP NFT for future moonshot potential.
