Proposal to remove Korn Emi Bskt (KEMI) from alpha basket

Korn Emi Bskt (KEMI), adress 0xF468eA0dE0549a58baa7508229bae915528a2a0B, is a basket in which no one can invest (delisted tokens) and whose TVL is only $35. This basket, to which no one has access except its creator, is used by the latter to earn a lot of rewards. The rewards were put in place to increase the TVL of the baskets and boost the project, which is not at all the case here. This therefore directly undermines the project, and I propose to delist this basket from the ALPHA baskets. The creator is free to create another one in which users can invest.
