Proposal #4: Rename DEBT to BCRED to avoid confusion

DEBT token (proposed in #3) has created a lot of confusion due to its name.

To reiterate, this token is a simple ERC20 token with no special mechanics and will initially not be backed by anything. We will simply vote to mint it and use it as payment in the same way we could use any other token or even ETH.

What gives this token its value is our promise that once we have revenue in the future, we'll create another contract which will have DAI balance and accept out "promise USD" token 1:1 for DAI.
