Proposal #5: bCRED incentives for the Uniswap pool

Currently, we have $43k worth of liquidity in the Uniswap pool (631 BUILD, 59 ETH).

This makes it more challenging for new participants to buy larger amounts of BUILD and limits the growth of our community.

In an effort to solve this, the community has decided to provide bCRED (which will later become redeemable 1:1 for DAI) as an incentive for providing liquidity to the BUILD / ETH Uniswap pool.

Vote to decide how much bCRED should be allocated as a reward for the first week if this program.

After the first week, we'll evaluate results and re-adjust this incentive with a new proposal as needed.

The resulting incentive will be calculated as a weighted average of the voted amounts.
