Proposal #6: extend bCRED incentives for the BUILD/ETH Uniswap pool

Current incentives provide BUILD/ETH pool with about $270k worth of liquidity.

Although increasing the incentives further would attract more liquidity, the community is reluctant to issue more debt in form of bCRED and therefore proposes to extend the current incentive of 36,025 bCRED / week for the additional 4 weeks, starting after the end of current incentives.

If this proposal passes, a total of 144,100 bCRED will be deposited into the staking pool which will become active after the end of the current bCRED incentive program and will run for 28 days.
