Proposal - Setup Bull Council.

Background

1. The Bull Council stemmed out from volunteers which formally got put into a Council
2. The council members chip in whatever skills they have depending on the field they've been working in before they found BOTB.
3. Follow best practices, such as the Kongz Council also other Blockchain venture capital invested companies.
4. Council members will be granted Bull tokens annually which will be vested monthly. Cliff and vesting schedule TBC. Details will be in future tokenomics.

The Council Members perform the following duties:

1. Technical, Strategy or Marketing Advisory to BOTB
2. The proposed quorum for signing will be 6 of 10 for the multi-sig Community Wallet. In future called Community Wallet - Vault

Relationship between Parties

Party A - BOTB LLC Party B - Bull Council

Hereby, the Parties agree that the Bull Council an independent contractor where the Consultant provides the services hereunder and acts as an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the Consultant be considered an employee. Whereas, this Agreement does not create any other partnership between the Parties.

Exclusivity The Parties agree and understand that this Agreement is not exclusive and that the Parties are entitled to enter into other similar agreements with other parties.

Term 12 months

Structure Current proposed members 5 out of 10 are fully doxxed. (1 doxxed to a lawyer - semi anon). So 6 of 10 real identity know to a lawyer in the Bull Council.
