SP-0026- Bulls On The Block Budget Approval

Aim: This snapshot proposal is in order to have budget approved by community in order to commence hiring and proceed with rebuild BOTB.

The Budget takes into account all relevant areas and has been reworked a number of times, as well as having been discussed amongst Bull Council and adjusted accordingly.

Transition Budget - 7 ETH

3 months Budget - 31 ETH (FYI, not all LLC allocated funds will be spent).

In a 3 month period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, we will aim for a total of 3 full time and several part time team members to help build the BOTB community. This operational budget will be used for onboarding talent, retention, contributor remuneration, and community events.

Remuneration for the current team will begin on 1 April 2022. Future additions to the team shall go through a one-month evaluation period.

Aside from the remuneration beginning on 1 April 2022, there will be a one-time payment for work done by the contributors during the handover.

The requested budget shall be transferred from the Community Wallet Treasury to the Team Operational Gnosis Wallet if this snapshot is passed.

The operational gnosis wallet is secured by 5 trusted persons, several who are either Core Contributors or on the Bull Council: Cifer.eth (Bull Council), bigbull.eth (Bull Council), Nftdubcollector (LLC Custodian and Bull Council), PocoBear (Community member) and Evil (Bull Council)

All transactions from the operational gnosis wallet require 3 out of 5 to sign to complete the transaction.

Current Treasury: As at 28 March 2022

The Community wallet - 53 ETH current exchange rates equals $177k USD total The Team wallet - 15ETH $50k USD current.

There are approximate funds for 6 months operational costs (based on Zero new revenues). This snapshot is to approve a 3 month budget plan to be re-evaluated after 3 months.

The budget comprises two parts: transitional expenses; and future expenses.

The transition expenses have been discussed within the Bull Council. Other persons/companies (both part of and outside of the Bull Council) worked as paid consultants in various areas from legal, technology, accounting and operations. They have not been included in this proposal as their payments have already been settled. The Bull Council has visibility on many things and countless months of work done by the contributors in this proposal.

Transition expenses There is a partial expense related to compensating for previous contribution to this project and though this is well below the usual contributors market rates it shows an appreciation for the work that they did and what was accomplished getting the project into the control of the community.
