SP-0031 - To get the Bullpen updated and Bullpen IP transferred and documented

WenMint was the original developer of the Bullpen and it is the safest and best way to roll out the updates so we can all claim back our OGs. This includes proper documentation of the all the Bullpen code which was not part of the original scope when the Bullpen was launched. It also includes 30 days of support post deployment.

The cost for the work is 5,000 USDC and is paid by the BOTB Community Wallet and Bullish Labs has agreed to reimburse the costs if the Bullish Labs proposal for acquisition is passed.

Phase 1

1. Get OG Claim working with integrated unlock function in the current Bullpen

Timeline - Monday 17th October 6pm CST

Phase 2

1. Proper Dev ops and ownership of the IP, including: a) Github and AWS setup b) Documentation on the repository
