SP-0033 Replace Kevin Ren and JackeyJC on Bull Council with @Kimora Gold and @Cryptoblivious

*Current voting rules:

BOTB-EVO only can vote on proposals, once 3500 BOTB-OG are claimed back the voting will be changed to include BOTB-OGs to vote. Quorum 500 votes.

Replace Kevin Ren and Jackey JC on Bull Council with @Kimora Gold and @Cryptoblivious

WHY:

The Bull Council currently consists of 10 members, three of whom are @BigBull, @KevinRen and Jackey. All three members make up Bullish Labs who have an interest in acquiring the BOTB project. It has been discussed within the community with concerns being raised over a block of council members having a vested interest when they are intended to be independent, presenting a real possibility of transactions not being signed and a potential lock of the Community Wallet via inaction. Due to this conflict of interest it has become apparent they should be replaced on the Council by invested and active community members as outlined below. Adding weight to the reason for removal includes the fact that Kevin and Jackey have shown little to no interest in the BOTB community up unto this point in time with a clear lack of (almost zero) communication. See attached images.

We also require people who are contactable and responsive (at this point both only respond to BigBull) in order to have transactions signed off on the community wallet hastily.

About Kimora Gold

I have been a holder of BOTB since Sept 2021. But most importantly, I have been working behind the scenes for Bulls On The Block since December 2021 (Almost a year). I have been part of every transition since and know the company on every front.

I will be actively involved in the council and will be present on behalf of the community, with the ability to sign transactions promptly where required.

About Cryptoblivious

I've been a member of BOTB since December 2021, been decently active ever since (#20 according to MEEE bot), have participated at some point in the structuring of the Discord server once taken over from the founders, have worked in a focus group with Baxter among others when we were looking to give some direction to the project for when the founders would leave.

I personally own 7 Bulls and 2 bears. Represent(ed) roughly 30% of my expendable NW (not joking lol), so I'm pretty motivated to help our community thrive.

I always try to make a fair point to stay polite and respectful in any conversation, and am always looking to understand other peoples points of view, whilst looking for solutions rather than brooding.

Like @HeyI'mGary, I consider myself an independent free-spirited person with no conflicts of interest and no backdoor agendas regarding the project; just want what's best to keep this community and this project alive and prosper.
