SP-0030 - Add "ioannisgr - BOTB" to Bull Council

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to propose adding a new member to the Bull Council: "ioannisgr - BOTB" (discord ioannisgr#1764) as the 9th member of the Bull Council to eliminate the possibility of a tie during a Bull Council vote.

This snapshot vote will be live for 24 hours for the Community to approve ioannisgr's appointment to the Bull Council.

ioannisgr has many qualities that make him an excellent appointment to the Bull Council. He is level-headed, even-tempered, calm, and patient in his interactions with the Community. He has been a Community member since June 2021 and continues to believe in Bulls On The Block long-term and is always available whenever needed.

He has represented the best interests of the BOTB Community during his 3-month "contributor" appointment as a moderator and proved to be a trusted resource during that time.
