SP-0032 REVISED Add @heyimgary to the Bull Council

Current voting rules BOTB-EVO only can vote on proposals, once 3500 BOTB-OG are claimed back the voting will be changed to include BOTB-OGs to vote.

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to propose adding myself to the Bull Council.

Why? The BC has always operated with 10 members up until now where there are currently 9.

Given that a 6/9 quorum has been approved, and there is a proposal to acquire BOTB LLC from 3 members of the BC; Kevin Ren, BigBull and Jackey, it would seem there may be a conflict of interest along with the ability to potentially block any community approved decisions from being signed off on.

5. Provided community with multiple Alpha calls which is something we need moving forward and brings value
6. Efficient marketing and problem solving abilities
7. Been involved in crypto since 2012
8. Owned multiple businesses and passion for business and economics
9. BS in Political Science from FSU (Florida State University)

I really want what's best for this community and will always be as transparent and objective as possible. I'm emotionally invested in this project and the community and want to see it succeed.
