SP0039 - Utilize approximately 20% of the current Community wallet to acquire NFTs with long-term potential

--- Proposed By --- This proposal was brought forward by BOTB Community member "BullishBear".

--- Purpose --- Utilize approximately 20% of the current community wallet ETH (5ETH) to acquire NFTs of other projects with long-term potential.

--- Details --- The NFT bear market has some blue chip projects down over 90%. Some of these remain financially viable and have solid holding bases, large communities, and significant social media presence. Being opportunistic via buying a few on this dip may grant access to these communities for BOTB that it may not have in the future if prices rebound.

This may provide opportunities to use the NFT in cross-promotion, gain potential social media presence, demonstrate the community wallet assets, potentially reactivate BOTB wallets holding these projects, and potentially increase the value of the community wallet.

Any holder may nominate a project for purchase, but the candidate should meet the stated objective criteria. The Community will vote on each project purchase before proceeding. Once approved, the specific NFT purchased will be discussed and voted on in the Discord before purchase.

--- Voting Rules --- All BOTB assets (OG Bull, Evo Bull, Bear) count as 1 vote. The quorum will be set to 1,000 votes and a passing vote will be over 50% in favor with a YES vote.

The voting strategy will be Single Choice with the options of YES, NO, or ABSTAIN.

--- Timeframe --- 48-hour voting period
