SP-0025- Modification to Team wallet multi-sig signers

This Team Wallet is the wallet used for daily operations, it is not the Community Wallet which holds BOTB LLC assets including Sandbox land. Wallet requires 3/5 signatures to execute transaction.

History This wallet was created with the idea in mind that it be used for quick access to funds where necessary for team expenses/ operations. Damp was always intended to be replaced as a signer on the TW once assets were transferred and we'd like to thank him for his assistance throughout.

Aim

Replace: Antmonge (Bull Council) Damp (Original Founder)

with: Cifer (Bull Council, Potential Contributor) eth: 0x9C87f9a48EEC9B77757fA20EFaFfbE558710c1B3 Evil (Bull Council) eth: 0xbFE089AB035522e770835c52B971105140d7D622

Signers after approval would now be

BigBull (Bull Council) Cifer (Bull Council, Potential Contributor) Evil (Bull Council) PocoBear (Bull Holder) NFTdubcollector (Bull Council and LLC custodian)

Why? In order to keep Team Wallet signers reflective of persons still currently involved with operations at Bulls on the Block. Ability to sign any transactions with haste and ease for the benefit of Bulls on the Block

Exclusivity The Parties agree and understand that this Agreement is not exclusive and that the Parties are entitled to enter into other similar agreements with other parties.

Term 6 months/ Reviewed as necessary.
