Bull Council 3.0 Election

Objective / Summary To have a formalized governing body for BOTB’s community. One chosen in a decentralized manner that will act as lobbyists, stewards, and producers for the brand.

Proposal Any verified holder can self-nominate for the new council on a pinned X tweet. Holder must verify nomination in discord—confirming they meet 1 of the prerequisites and stating why they’d be a good fit for new council—for nomination to be valid.

Nominees must:

1. Have held an OG, Bear, or Evo for at least 6 months + have .5 ETH invested OR level 20+ rank in discord

or

2. Own 50+ assets across these 3 collections at the time of election.

Nominations open for 5 days.

Qualified nominees are placed on a poll for snapshot voters. Weighted vote, allowing voters to spread their % around. Poll open for 72 hours.

Top 1-7 are new core Bull Council, replacing CGC for proposals. These 7 move to become CW signers needing 4 out of 7.

8-10 finishers are on Bull Council and alternate signers if a core member steps down. At least 50% of these top 10 must be doxxed. Term lasts for 2024 (election next December).
