Resolution To convert 5 ETH to USDC if 1 ETH > 5000 USDC.

N.B. Crypto valuations fluctuate and the ETH price may be worth more or less in USDC terms at some point in the future.

Rationale

1. Portfolio Balance and Risk management.
2. The community wallet is to be partly used for real life events (IRL) and other fun activities TBC.
3. Can also be used in DEFI to gain a yield on aave.com
