Explanation Activate the spending limit function. FYI this means you can set rules for specific beneficiaries to access funds from this Safe without having to collect all signatures.

Beneficiary - Define the beneficiary that will be able to use the allowance. FYI, the beneficiary does not have to be an owner of this Safe

Proposal - To set the spending limit for 1 ETH allowance from the team wallet every month to Beneficiary Poco.
