SP-0038 Approve New Community Growth Council Members

--- Purpose --- This Snapshot proposal is for Bulls on the Block Community to approve the appointment of 2 new BOTB Community Growth Council (CGC) members. The 2 BOTB Community members that have stepped forward via self-nomination and are willing to volunteer their time for the growth of the BOTB Community are:

--- Details --- The CGC has recently offboarded 2 members. The BOTB CGC currently has 7 members. This proposal would approve the appointment of 2 new members to the CGC that are willing to volunteer their time to brainstorm new ideas, collaborate with current CGC members and the Community, and execute those agreed-upon ideas that revolve around BOTB Community growth.

Why Bigbull? My main reason to get so deeply involved in BOTB was to ensure it had a long term future for all holders. I am willing to support the CGC on a more limited time basis for the long term benefit of BOTB holders. #1 most active in BOTB Discord according to MEE6 Bot data and member of BOTB Since Aug 2021. Investor in several Blockchain companies and investment DAOs.

Nfts owned

• One of the Largest holder of BOTB NFTs. Over 400 BOTB NFTs so have incentive to see my NFTs gain value.
• Holder in many other leading NFT projects such as Yuga NFTs, Adidas, 0N1, Aapes, Syncronauts, Boss Beauties, Bitcoin Angel, Art Blocks and others.
• Holder of properties/land in various metaverses including Otherside, Sandbox and Voxels.
• Holder of various web3 gaming NFTs.

DAO experience

• Continuity from former Bull Council and to ensure a smooth transition.
• Initiator and creator of the Bull Council.
• Experience in DAO management - Snapshot (configuration and proposal design). Also member of Meebitsdao.

--- Voting Rules --- All BOTB assets (OG Bull, Evo Bull, Bear) count as 1 vote. The quorum will be set to 1,000 votes and a passing vote for a candidate will be over 50% in favor.

The voting strategy will be “Approval Voting”. You can vote to approve 1, both, or neither of the candidates.
