Evolve all the Bulls in the community wallet.

Currently the community wallet has 31 OG Bulls. I suggest to lead by good example we should Evolve (EVO) all of them. I suggest this should be done at a time with an approximate gas price below 60 Gwei and within 7 days from the end of the vote if the resolution is passed. There is a 24 hour voting window.

Resolution: Evolve 31 OG Bulls in the community wallet within 7 days after the end of the vote. ​
