bunnyIP #01 - Confirming Advisory Governance Until 12 December 2027

At this stage, governance is intended to help the community signal preferences, provide feedback, and guide contributors on the direction of bunnyOS, bunnyDEX, bunnyCompute, bunnies, and the broader $OS ecosystem.

However, until the ecosystem is more mature, governance outcomes should remain advisory rather than binding. This gives contributors the flexibility to continue building, iterating, and making operational decisions in the best interests of the project, while still allowing the community to formally express its views.

This proposal confirms that community governance will remain advisory until 12 December 2027. During this period, contributors will consider governance outcomes in good faith, but final implementation decisions will remain subject to practical, technical, legal, operational, and strategic considerations.

The intention is to use this period to improve governance processes, increase participation, strengthen transparency, and prepare the ecosystem for a future transition toward more formal or binding governance.

Proposal

The community confirms that all bunnyOS / $OS governance votes shall remain advisory and non-binding until 12 December 2027.

During this advisory period:

1. Governance votes may be used to signal community sentiment and preferences.
2. Contributors may consider vote outcomes in good faith when making decisions. 3.Contributors are not obligated to implement any vote outcome if there are technical, legal, operational, financial, strategic, or safety reasons not to do so.
3. The ecosystem may continue improving its governance process during this period.
4. A vote in favor confirms support for advisory governance until 12 December 2027.
