BIP #2: BZD Social Reimbursement Guidelines

Description

Meeting up in person will always beat Zoom calls and virutal catchups. This BIP is meant to create spending guidelines around reimbursements that empower any BZD member to bring a group of BZD members together, in person.

Guidelines are as follows:

[BZD Member is defined as someone who holds a BZD Membership Card]

1. Reimbursements are for BZD members only.
2. Non BZD members and +1s must pay for their own meal, either with their own card or cash.
3. 3+ BZD members are needed to qualify for reimbursement
4. Max reimbursement of 30USD per member
5. 1 reimbursement per member per season (in the case a BZD member has already used their reimbursement for the season, yet attends other BZD meetups where the reimbursement is authorized, that BZD member must pay for their own meal / reimburse the BZD treasury)

Reimbursement Process is as follows:

1. Submit receipt of the expenditure
2. Submit Group Picture of all BZD members who attended - 1 person to post and tag @buzhidao_tw on Twitter
3. Submit names of all BZD members who attended
4. Submit a short blurb of what the meetup was
5. Submit ETH Address (reimbursement is in USDC)
