Buzzed Summary

To recruit and hire a community manager for the Buzzed Bear Hideout Dao

Abstract ‌ Buzzed Bears are doing a lot of things and it’s hard for mods to keep across everything. Also it’s too much work or expectation for mods who are also helping on many other areas. Diana was our community manager and left and so we need to appoint a community manager to take the pressure off mods and others so we don’t burn out our good bears. We also need community manager to drive things which is too much for mod and bear liaison team. It’s a substantial job keeping tracking of everything. Suggested reward is $500 - $1000 per month to be paid from the honeypot. Please vote if you want this to go to BIP and how much you think this is worth. If another figure please write in comments and why.

Tasks include

1. Helper to bears
2. Helper to founders
3. Helper to project teams
4. Socials engager and communicator
5. Communicator through bear hideout
6. Governance lead
7. Lead for giveaways
8. Keeping across all teams and info
9. Check ins with honeypot manager
10. Organising Twitter spaces and community events
11. Lead for the general mailbox if bears need help and reporting back
12. And such other tasks as may be needed as community manager

Specification ‌ Overview ‌ 1, Try recruit a bear first internal 2. Process will follow the honeypot manager application process 3. To commence asap and pro rata first month 4. External recruitment if no bear interested, available or suitable

Rationale ‌ The reasons for this proposal are:

1.   Promoting good governance for the Buzzed Bear Hideout brand
   

2.   Providing risk management to Buzzed Bear holders
   

3.   Helping implement initiatives for Buzzed Bears
