BIP-022 - DCL Wearables for Bear Holders

Buzzed Summary

To approve a wearable (x2) for DCL and payment / reimbursement for the wearable (x2) and provide every bear wallet holder with a bear head and hoodie & paws.

Abstract ‌

Buzzed Bears have land in the Decentraland metaverse, and part of that experience is suiting up with wearables to enjoy the experience and show of your 'bearness' to other players.

A bear head and ‘hoodie and paws’ has been designed and constructed for Decentraland in conjunction with BBH Art team, and this proposal is to provide these wearables (two pieces) to every bear holder.

It is proposed that we issue 10,000 of each of these. We are just shy of 3000 holders so this will provide more options for when we have additional holders to provide these as incentive / giveaways at later dates. They will also be resealable on the dcl marketplace for any BBH holder that receives them.

Yes there are images, but I am opting for the element of surprise! You know the quality of our art team, so lets just say they are phenomenal.

We have MANA in our wallet to be able to pay for this.

Specification ‌ Overview ‌

1. Create new wallet for BBH wearables
2. Register DCL BBH Bear Head and Hoodie and paws wearable
3. Reimburse costs (anticipated around 100 MANA (circa 300USD) per registration (so 200 MANA total) plus 40 MANA for the 3D artist, plus a small amount of polygon for the transfers.
4. CryptoChicca to organise the above, noting that the 3D artist for the wearable has been paid (wasn’t me on this one)
5. First 10 wearables of each to be minted to the BBH wearable wallet so that we keep them as a DAO in the event that the wearables are considerably valuable at a later date.
6. Snapshot to be taken after the wearables have been published, and distribution will occur to every bear wallet holder. So if you have all your bears in the one wallet, you will receive one set.

Rationale ‌

The reasons for this proposal are:

1. Promoting brand exposure for the Buzzed Bear Hideout

2. Providing benefits to holders of Buzzed Bear holders

3. Providing connection for buzzed bear holders

Technical Specification ‌

@cryptochicca to register the wearable and @defijesus or @buzzedmo to organise snapshot and to mint to Buzzed Bear holder wallets. There should not be a cost to mint to wallets as its on polygon, and I mint wearables to multiple wallets without a cost, so not expecting there to be a cost, and if so, it will be insignificant.
