Summary:

(1) Consolidate all holdings in yETH + ETH, (2) refund spent gas fees & (3) disperse royalties.

Motivation:

(1) Simplify the treasury holdings, reduce counterparty & smart contract risks. yETH is built by yearn, the most secure yield protocol on earth. (2) We've recently renewed our ENS (buzzedbears.eth) for 10 years and made some changes to our ENS config (3) All royalties collected sit in a payment splitter contract @ 0x079e7942867e78e0bf092997387c71e5952c8334

Specification:

(1) The following assets are to be fully swapped to yETH:

• icETH
• MVI
• MANA
• gOHM
• LUKSO
• Index

(2) Unwrap all our wETH to ETH (3) Swap all but 15 ETH to yETH
