Inactive or reduced participation of some multisig signers threatens operational efficiency and security. Re-election and introduction of new signers will mitigate these risks and distribute control more evenly.

• Re-elect current multisig signers.

• Remove and verify the removal of previously appointed signers who are no longer active.
