Use Treasury to Buy Back Bears Below Mint

Bears are currently selling on OpenSea below mint price. If we truly believe in this project, we should use some of the treasury to buy back bears below the mint price. Like a company buys back its own stock when it is low.

This will give the DAO price exposure to the bears.

My suggestion: start with 5 ETH, which gets us 100+ bears for the treasury. We can use genie.xyz, or a similar tool, to execute the sweep.
