Distribute as SPELL: Emit to all bveCVX holders through the Badger Tree even though it may not be worth the gas to claim for many users
Distribute as bveCVX: Sell the SPELL for CVX, Deposit to bveCVX and emit to holders. The benefit is soon all CVX earned from all setts will be emitted as bveCVX so users will already be receiving this asset and even a small additional amount will be worthwhile when claimed with the additional future emissions.
