C3IP2 - Improve trading experience of UBO and NBO

Summary: Improve trading experience of UBO and NBO on Sushiswap

Motivation: Currently, UBO and NBO can only be purchased using the old user interface of Sushiswap, which is available at app.sushi.com, and not on the new interface found directly on sushi.com under the /swap endpoint.

This can be confusing for new users who may have difficulty distinguishing between the two Sushiswap interfaces and therefore are unable to buy UBO and NBO.

Additionally, even within the app.sushi.com interface, there is no straightforward way to swap besides using KLIMA to purchase NBO and UBO.

Proposal: Migrating UBO and NBO liquidity pools to Sushiswap Legacy Constant Product Pool with these benefits:

• Enables swapping KLIMA for UBO and NBO via the new sushi.com UI
• Opens more routes for swapping (e.g. USDC > KLIMA > UBO)
