##Summary We propose that the DAO complete a treasury diversification by swapping 64,171.1 ₡ABIN with strategic partners in exchange for $2,400,000 USDC.

##Details This proposal will allow us to further diversify the treasury with stable assets that can be used to compensate community members. If the proposal passes, we will do this by swapping 64,171.1 ₡ABIN for $2,400,000 USDC. The ₡ABIN allocations will be subject to a 2-year time lock.
