Should Cabin adopt this Charter as an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association?

We have been working with our legal team to put together a plan that will allow the DAO to have the legal standing to:

• protect members (you!) from liability • pay appropriate taxes • enter contracts (like leasing Node 0)
