MCP-2024/1 - Discussion Proposal: Allocation of Accumulated $BNB in the Gravity Vault to $CAKE

The Gravity vault currently collects 50% $BNB and 50% $CAKE as per the last passed community proposal. Since that time, we have heard from a number of community members requesting a swap of the currently accumulated $BNB to $CAKE

Several community members have expressed interest in a 100% swap of BNB to $CAKE. Should there be sufficient support for the proposal, a formal and final on-chain vote will be provided.
