CMP-2022/5 - Temporarily Redirect iTax & Kitchen Rewards to Cake Toss

The inactivity tax and kitchen rewards are currently not working as originally intended and most of the rewards given out end up in the hands of bot creators who sell the rewards directly. This in turn puts unnecessary pressure on the MONSTA price and takes the fun out of our community, investors, and Diamond Claw NFT holders.

We are in the process of updating the Cake Monster reward system (including Diamond Claw NFTs) to bring rewards back to our actual community and lock out unfair players. As a first (TEMPORARY) step, we would like to propose redirecting all rewards issued by the Kitchen and iTax to the Cake Toss prize pot.

This way we can ensure that these rewards stay in our community and are distributed in a fair and random way. As a positive side effect, we will increase our "Cake Toss" game and its deflationary effects on MONSTA, while we are sure that the sales pressure on the rewards will decrease significantly.
