Replace Burning with Freezing

Problem: Burning money is losing the funds of all people's investments, and cake will be printed until it has yes or yes 750M coins. This is damaging the crypto community because little by little the coins will be sold and devalued by SWAP, only to burn and give room to print more CaKE.

Solution: Instead of BURNING, I propose that this 0.0575% burn be added to a smart contract, which keeps the funds as savings and distributes them depending on the amount of coins you have, EXAMPLE:

10,000 CAKE accumulated in 1 week, released annually at 5%: For days they would be released from a: 1.36 CAKE

A year has passed and 600,000 CAKE have already been accumulated, the release will be 5% per year: For days they would be released from a: 82.19 CAKE

These Cake would be released as follows and can choose:

1-To those who only have CAKE blocked "depending on the weeks they are distributed". This would increase the Staking day by day

2-The same thing mentioned above plus those who Farm ONLY with CAKE.

As the transactions would be forever, Staking would increase more and more the more Cake is exchanged, this would be good because Inflation is not needed to pay those who do Farming or Staking, Only the already existing funds would be used, but they would be blocked and only 5% return per year. In 20 years the first frozen CAKE would be returning.

That is just an example, but with inflation and the coins returned, CAKE's Staking would practically rise day by day, and the longer it lasts Blocked, the higher the reward for these 2 mechanisms would be, so CAKE would become stronger and more attractive. .

If CAKE had no inflation, this method could be used to reward CAKE blockers. This would be better than inflation and currency burning.

Inflation can continue until it reaches 750M, but the Coins that are Frozen by the transactions in Swaps would be counted.
