Creating a voting branches

There are lots of unnecessary votings that just don't make ANY sense and are made for fun. It would be better if we could firstly vote for legitimacy of the Votings and then they can be diversified into branches.

The project itself can create its own branches, as like: "Protocol", "Dev Space", "UX", and the "For Fun" one.

It would be better to actually grow the community and still have space for funny votings, just in the different branch.
